Upcoming ghetto artiste Fik Gaza is currently behind bars in Saudi Arabia.
He was arrested while performing at a certain event. It was his first time flying to that country to entertain his fans who had requested him for some time.
Fik Gaza has become the second artiste to be arrested for silly issues created by promoters. The first artiste was Beenie Gunter and his family spent a lot of money for him to get released.
According to the people on the ground, Fik Gazaa was arrested alongside other 20 other Ugandans. They were all in the hall where he was performing.
The problem started with promoters who had booked him. They were supposed to work with each other but unfortunately, they got some issues which led someone to sneak on the other.
They called the police on themselves and it found Fik Gazaa performing yet he doesn’t have documentation that allows him to even be performing in that country of Saudi Arabia.
At the moment Fik Gazaa is in a police cell and it is not clear whether he will be released or if he will serve some time in prison to be released later.
“As one of the people that is on the ground, it is true Fik Gazaa was arrested alongside other 20 Ugandans. The problem is from promoters and the singer also didn’t have the work permit that allowed him to perform. That is where problems came from,” said one of the people in an interview with Spark television.
