Songstress Pia Pounds has explained her relationship with fellow singer and president of musicians under the Uganda National Musicians Federation (UNMF) Eddy Kenzo.
Pia Pounds said Kenzo is her role model and she does everything he tells her to do when it comes to releasing songs and recording other songs.
Pia Pounds started her music career with Eddy Kenzo although it slowed down her career when there was a rumor about her having a relationship with Eddy Kenzo.
Pounds said at one point she was attacked at a local club by some fans who were telling her to leave Eddy Kenzo alone otherwise she would lose her life. That made her close off completely.
According to Pia Pounds, her relationship with Eddy Kenzo has been brother and sister with lots of helping in the music industry.
The singer said it hasn’t changed, she still calls Eddy Kenzo and even sends him songs to evaluate before they get released.
“Eddy Kenzo is my papa, he’s my role model, I look up to him, I make sure I send him all my songs before I release them” – Pia Pound.
